Hi, I'm subletting my quaint upstate house for various time period throughout the fall and winter. It's on about 1/4 acre of land and has a peaceful stream in the backyard with a small deck, as well as a fire pit and some woods to stroll through.

The house is 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, around 1100 square ft. Located in Sullivan County, 10 minutes from the center of Livingston Manor and 5 minutes from the town of Jeffersonville.

This area of the Catskills is really fun to explore, with antique shops, cafes and farmers markets all close by. It's a short drive from NYC, but a world apart :)

As I only acquired the house last year, it's still a work-in-progress, so I've priced it on the lower end. You will need a car as there is no public transportation in this part of Sullivan County.

Subletting on a week-to-week basis, but open to longer term (and, possibly, shorter term). Looking for respectful folks to take advantage of the nature and calm that the house provides, who aren't going to bring the party home.
