We are looking for someone to sublet our cozy studio apartment in midtown west (Hell’s Kitchen) while we are away.
February 24-March 11.

About the apartment:

- Studio and home office
- 1 bathroom
- King size Murphy bed
- wash / dry in the basement of building
- elevator building
- central heating and A/C
- no microwave or dishwasher

There is available an ikea wardrobe and a built in closet space for you to use.
There are also three plants that would kindly need to be watered once a week.

Midtown west / Hell’s Kitchen
Very close to many restaurants, cafes, shopping, Central Park, Whole Foods, and Broadway shows.
3 minute walk to Columbus circle ACBD1 subway trains.
