Subletting my light filled private studio for February & March.

The space is not suitable for heavy woodworking/metal work, or fabrication, dusty or any extreme fumes/toxic materials. The light is really beautiful in this space, ideal for a painter or photographer. I will be gone for the first two weeks of February so during that time you will mainly have the space all to yourself. The studio space is currently a work in progress, I will be moving some of my equipment from my previous studio and building the space up a bit in late February- mid March but nothing that will be disruptive. Open to discuss it.

***These photos are from the move-in day. There will be some equipment and 2 small work tables, all of which can and will be accommodated on my side.

Initially, I'm looking to sublet this space during February-March while I'm working on setting up my equipment and then looking for a long term studio partner.

Located few blocks from the Jeffersonville L, it is an extremely convenient location with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, & bars, deli nearby.
