This historic Brownstone flat is perfect for one or two adults. Utilities plus wifi are included.

The flat is considered a 1-bedroom even though there isn't a 4th wall to the bedroom. There are ceiling height curtains that close it in. The flat has an open layout, with an extension housing the bathroom.

Please no pets, no parties, no smoking.

Dates available are from February 17th at noon to April 14th by noon.

I will consider weekly renters @ $750/week.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The A/C trains are less than 2 blocks away at NOSTRAND; along with the L.I.R.R. which is a 10-minute ride to JFK's AirTran; it also goes to Manhattan. The G train is about a 15-minute walk - and in the opposite direction is the 3 train.

In walking distance are plenty fabulous eats from all walks of life. Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are within 5 minutes by foot of this beautiful, tree-lined street. Located less than 2 blocks away are banks, post-offices, supermarkets. You also have the Billie Holiday Theatre and Restoration Plaza around the corner. You are a 30-minute walk away from the infamous Barclay's Center, the Atlantic Terminal (Target, etc.) and Junior's Cheesecake.

THE UNIT/GARDEN:

With a classic decor, you will find an exposed brick wall, original wainscoting, mouldings, parquet floors and the "fireplace" marble mantle. The spacious layout has everything you might need to make yourself at home.

The garden is huge (150' by 16') to which you have full access. A hammock can be made available upon request. There is also an emergency exit at the back. Kindly note, you enter and exit at your own risk

KITCHEN:

Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, included is a dishwasher, a microwave and a bottom-freezer fridge. There is ceasar-stone counter top space to make your meals.

BATHROOM:

Built as an extension, a heater embedded in the ceiling is available for use. The original claw-foot tub is awesome for deep baths. Under the sink, you will find the hairdryer, first aid, etc.

LIVING ROOM:

A sleeper sofa with extra blankets sits directly in front of the smart TV. The TV has streaming platforms that you can connect to using your personal accounts.

BEDROOM:

A comfortable Queen-sized bed with window nooks that you can chill on while you sip your morning coffee and watch folk pass by.

PLANTS:***

The cleaning agent will come once a week to water them. Or, if you prefer, you are welcome to water the plants too.

LAUNDRY:

There are 2 laundromats less than 2 blocks away. If needed, there are laundromats that launder for you. Or, you can call a pick-up/drop-off service.
