Guests have access to the large kitchen and laundry, located outside the bedroom.
About This Lister
I live here with my girlfriend and her 22 year old son. My girlfriend and I work during the week, and are usually home in the evenings. We live a quiet life and go to bed early. The dog and cat are friendly, well behaved and sleep in our bedroom. I am an architectural designer / musician, and my girlfriend is a yoga instructor / therapist.

The space is available longer term, at a 15% discounted rate of $535 / week and a 30% discounted rate of $1,911 / month.
A $500 deposit is required for up to a week, longer stays would require a monthly rate deposit of $1,911. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100 and bi-weekly cleaning is included for stays of a month or more.
There is a friendly dog and a cat that live in the house, though not in the suite. Use of the kitchen and laundry is available.
