Transportation and Neighborhood:
CALLING ALL NATURE lovers! This apt is very near to the Cloisters, beautiful Fort Tryon Park (6 min walk) and Inwood Park. Great area for long walks in nature, dog walking, and gazing at the Hudson River. It’s a 5 min walk to the 181st stop on the A train, a 15-20 min express ride to midtown Manhattan (59th street), and a 2 min walk to the best organic food/grocery ever, Frank’s. Plenty of yummy restaurants, a wonderful pharmacy, Chase bank, and historic art deco to boot, this is my favorite neighborhood in NYC

Rents and fees:
The rent is $3900 which includes Verizon Fios, high speed internet, use of furniture, 2x/month professional cleaning, water, gas, and all utilities. Looking for someone to start on or near Nov 3rd and stay until end of April or early May, but these dates are somewhat flexible.
