Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female to sublet my room in a spacious, sunny duplex apartment.
You'll have your own floor with a private bedroom, bathroom, and living room and share the apartment with my flatmate.
She lives in the 1st floor. Kitchen is shared with her.
It’s also - conveniently close to the Jefferson L and Central M subway stations for an easy commute. The sublet is available between December 2nd and January 1st, and dates are flexible within this period—let me know what works for you! I'm open.

Details:

Minimum stay:
1 week $800 + utilities
2 weeks ($1250 + utilities)
Full stay discount: $2000 + utilities for the entire period

Utilities come at around $150/200 ( prorated for the amount of time you'll be staying)

Security Deposit: equals to the period you will be staying
You'll have your own floor with a private bedroom, bathroom, and living room.

- You’ll be sharing the kitchen with my lovely and respectful roommate.
