less than 5' walk to restaurants like Winner (best croissants/sandwiches), Chavelas (best Mexican of Brooklyn), Ras (best Ethiopian), Bagel Pub around the corner, and so much more…
13 min walk to Brooklyn Museum and 18 min walk to Prospect Park and Green market on weekends;
Subway stop 4 min. away (Franklin Av.) -> lines 2,3,4 and 5 (all express!!!) so less than 30' Union Square and 35' to Grand Central/UN
