Hello! Introducing my room which I am sadly vacating on Feb 7th. I'm looking for someone to take the room full time - you'd be leasing from the main tenant, with the opportunity to sign onto the lease in August if you wanted.

It's a huge space shared with 2 others - there's open plan kitchen and living room with a great balcony space, which are all fully furnished so you can move right on in.

You'd be living with 2 other guys, who are very relaxed and are super clean. We've had a few roommates cycle in and out over the last few year so if you're a chiller and know how to live in a shared house you'll be more than ok!

You'll be in the biggest room of the three, sharing the bathroom with one other. The room comes unfurnished but I do have a desk and some bits I'd be happy to leave for you for a heavily discounted price.

Bills usually come to around $120 all in during high winter and summer - drops to as low as $40 the rest of the time.

About This Lister

You'd be sharing with two guys in their late 20s, early 30s who really value a relaxed and accepting atmosphere. We all get on super well but also place an importance on living your own life and having privacy when needed. Completely fine to have friends over whenever and we throw the odd roof party too - although it's not a party house at all :)
