The studio is elevator accessible, has windows, and 24/7 freight access in a well-maintained building. Located in Sunset Park, a 12-minute walk from the 59th St. N/R trains. Great and respectful community of artist on the floor. No toxic fume-heavy art-making. There's a slop sink in the nearby bathroom. Woodshop available after getting certified for use.
