I'm a Brooklyn based creative (actor and producer) and have been living in this apartment for 6 years. The second bedroom is fully furnished -- perfect for YOU! (Closet, bed with memory foam mattress, desk, light, shelf, whiteboard). But I'm also happy to sell the furniture if you want to bring in your own.

Although he's not currently living with me, the last picture is a photo of my sweet 16 pound dog (shared custody lol). There's a chance he may come back in the summer. Happy to discuss this with you. I'm open to your pet dog but am not interested in living with a cat (sorry!)
