Beautiful full-floor, tin ceiling, loft-style apartment in the heart of NoMad within a quintessential NYC pre-war building. Located directly across from the Equinox NoMad and just steps away from the Ritz Carlton, Ned, Madison Square Park, Eataly, Whole Foods, Flatiron building and numerous award winning restaurants.

Unit is located on the 3rd / top floor of a walk-up building. There are only 3 units in total, with each occupying its own dedicated floor. Apartment has all of your standard finishes (e.g. 2 AC Units, fridge, dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave, walk-in shower, etc.) with the exception of a washer / dryer. There is a very nice dry cleaner / wash & fold half a block away and will deliver to the apartment for a fee. Unit is truly sun-filled as it has historic floor-to-ceiling street-facing windows, 2 sky lights, and 3 over sized windows at the back of the apartment (w/ a fire escape & roof access) that overlook a neighboring park.

I am a very detail / design oriented individual, which can be seen throughout the space as all the lighting and furniture are procured from mainly Danish / MCM designers. Apartment is furnished with a dining table (+all cooking necessities), queen sized bed, Breville barista espresso machine, 60in Samsung TV (w/ all streaming apps), and a hi-fi sound system (Klipsch KG2s) that is connected to a vinyl record player as well as bluetooth.

Although there is a walk-in closet, I will plan to store / lock my personal belongings within it during your stay. I have a large credenza that has 6 total drawers, I will happily empty that for your use and buy a rolling clothing rack if requested. Bathroom drawers will also be emptied for you. All can be discussed as we progress.

I’m a hospitality professional that has lived in NYC for over 8 years. I have a passion for architecture, music, design, food, and travel—and that comes through in every detail of my apartment. Drawing inspiration from my travels, the space blends the clean lines and simplicity of Danish mid-century modern with the organic warmth of wabi-sabi aesthetics. I have lived all around NYC, from Greenpoint to SoHo, and this is the most unique and homey space to-date. Hope you will think so as well!

APPLICATION
• One reference letter (although more are encouraged), either professional and/or from most recent landlord
• In-person interview if in New York, virtual interview if out-of-state
• When inquiring, please tell me about yourself (e.g. why you're subletting, what brings you to NYC, what you do for a living, who all will be occupying the unit, etc.)

PAYMENT
• Refundable Security Deposit (50% of monthly rent) and Non-Refundable Down Payment (50% of monthly rent) paid at signing of the sublease
• Remaining 50% of monthly rent due seven days before the move-in date
• Cleaning Service (1 mandatory during stay @ $130) and Utilities (TBD) are not included and will be reconciled within two weeks of the end of the lease, with the rest of your security deposit returned thereafter
