We're a 5-minute walk from the J, Z train, Gates Ave stop, which puts you in Soho or Union Square in 30 minutes. You can walk, skip or bike your way to Williamsburg, or further south for Park Slope or Dumbo fun.

Our flat is in a brand-new building with a gym, laundry area, sprawling rooftop, and entertainment room. It is a spacious two-bedroom flat with a ton of natural sunlight in the guest room. The guest room has plenty of closet space for hanging clothes and keeping suitcases tucked away. There is also a dresser for longer stays.

A surplus of natural light comes in through the big windows that open up for fresh air. There is an AC unit in your private room for cooling down in NYC's hot Summer days.
