An artist's dreamscape penthouse apartment, the design of this space is inspired by a mix of the design elements found in the The Carlyle in New York, The Ritz in Paris and The Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, located on a tree lined street in beautiful Greenpoint, Brooklyn (feels like living in a dreamy treehouse). The sunlight pours through the ample windows nurturing the ample plants and trees within, purifying the air.
Gorgeous original crown molding frame the walls, bringing old world elegance to each room. The apartment features original hardwood floors.
The space features one-of-a-kind antiques and paintings, like a 17th century woven tapestry, ornately carved elephant saddle chair, inlaid coffee table with elephants, etc. that have been carefully collected from all over the world.
The space is a two-bedroom apartment, located on the top second floor of a building from the 1930s, on a very quiet tree lined street, steps from Greenpoint Avenue Subway stop. The apartment itself underwent a full renovation 3 years ago, updating all the appliances and fixtures.
There is a main bedroom with queen sized bed with keetsa mattress and large olive tree and fiddly fig tree. There is also an antique elephant saddle chair which is perfect for meditation. The room is flooded with light.
The second bedroom has a twin sized daybed/couch and large wooden desk and chairs which form the perfect home office.
The living room is set up with Apple TV, netflicks, etc.
Every room in the apartment has a window, even the hallway which leads into the office bedroom and main living room.
The apartment's kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, including an open fire-stove perfect for those who love to cook. There is seating within the kitchen, perfect for enjoying morning coffee.
There is also an ample amount of crystal energy throughout the home, charging the space with tranquility and high vibration, perfect for those who are spiritually in-tune.
The bathroom has a beautiful white tiled shower and bath, with window that offers perfect privacy.
In the basement of the building there is a washer and dryer for laundry.
The apartment also features a rooftop, where you can sit outside and see a view of the iconic Greenpoint church, while being in the canopy of the American Sycamore tree that is viewable from the apartments street facing windows.
In short, this apartment is a true dream and ideal for a single woman who loves staying at the hotels mentioned above, but for a fraction of the cost.

Again, in short, this apartment is a dream, along with the surrounding area. I will be traveling but available for questions should they arise.
I'm an artist, photographer / painter, who loves interior design. I'm originally from North Carolina, where my family works in furniture, which is reflected throughout the apartment (no ikea, no shade on ikea). I'll be your contact during your stay.
Tennant
In order to rent please send me a brief paragraph introducing yourself, your need for a short term rental, the dates, and a few times you would be able to meet.
Ideal for *one person*, ideally a respectful female looking for a beautiful retreat/sanctuary, not a place to host or to host gatherings (i have delicate family heirlooms in my place so no parties)
Non-smoking
I love animals (I'm vegetarian) but no pets
Again, someone who is not partying or hosting people (my apartment is too delicate)
Someone who is not going to be filming social media content in my space.
This space isn't environmentally kid friendly as the antiques are one-of-a-kind and too delicate, too many breakable objects, etc.
I love my space and want to find someone who feels the same!
