Hello Listers, I am going back to my hometown for a month this December, and looking to sublet my room while I'm away. It's a beautiful spacious, sunlit room on the third floor of a three floor walk-up with an attached bathroom. I work from home, so it has home office in the room. It's at Fulton and Kingston with access to many restaurants, stores, and services. The apartment has a big kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit washer and drier, and central heating. You would share the space with two quiet and respectful roommates who are often out of the house.

I'm a 33-year-old writer, musician and research consultant originally from Montana. I keep a tidy, clean space, and would hope a sub-letter would do the same. You would share the space with two women, Daia and Jen. Daia is a kind and vivacious woman who works as a nanny and is in school to become a counsellor. Jen is an actor and artist, and is also nannying. The house is generally calm and clean. We are all on good terms and occasionally hang out together, but most days we keep to ourselves.
