This beautiful 450 square foot sunlight studio space with wall-to-wall windows is on the 5th floor of a beautiful old industrial building in Long Island City near The Queensborough Plaza Station for the 7, N, and W trains and the 21st Street-Queensbridge Station on the F. It is accessible by passenger and freight elevator and offers access to a small refrigerator and microwave, as well as a sink and restrooms down the hall. The building has 24 hour access and is well maintained. The studio is has wonderful light and is ADA accessible.

The studio is being leased by an artist, and contains a side room that the artist's team will continue to work in, quietly and neatly except for the noise of a 3D printer.
