My apt is located in central Williamsburg, right on Bedford Ave and Grand Ave,
between the Bedford L and JMZ Marcy stop, a couple blocks from the Williamsburg bridge and a short walk to the river and Domino Park.

The apt faces away from street which makes it pretty quiet for NYC, facing the skyline and gets lots of light.
It’s a fifth floor walk up.

I keep the space uncluttered and with plenty of closet and dresser space for subletters to be comfortable. Bathroom has a tub and window. No washer / dryer but laundromat next door.

It s a very cozy set up in an original Williamsburg building, with lots of photo and art books on the shelves, hardwood floors, a large desk and good wifi.
