I am subletting my spot in Silverlake - it’s a 1 bedroom with a large living area and bathroom with bathtub and shower. I’m fairly flexible on dates so feel free to reach out if you have dates that are different than the ones I have listed! And no need to stay the whole time - 1-2 weeks is ideal. Outdoor space as well. It’s furnished and has easy street parking. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants on sunset Blvd! It has heat and window AC units (but it’s cool so they’re not in at the moment) hardwood floors, lots of sunlight too! No TV but 2 projectors with a Roku stick that you can watch. Kitchen with pots, pans, steamer, nutribullet, microwave, oven and air fryer. No laundry but there are several laundromats nearby! Down the street from La Colombe, Erewhon, The Black Cat and more! Farmers market a few blocks away on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Super walkable. Sorry, but pets aren’t allowed! I’m looking to sublet my house to a woman/ non-binary/trans person - creative/artist/queer to the front! I have neighbors so looking for someone low key who is clean, tidy and not looking to party. 420 ok but outside only! No smoking cigarettes.

I am a gay, creative woman. (She/her) I am renting this space and looking to sublet it while I am out of town traveling for work or up in the mountains working on my cabin. The cabin dates are flexible so ask me if you are interested in different dates! :) I am a creative director and interior designer for a boutique hotel company - I love hospitality and sharing my spaces with people! I am very tidy and clean and hope for someone similar to sublet. My neighbors and I alternate taking the trash out but that’s our only interaction. My landlord is offsite and you’ll just be dealing with me :) I can show the space, ideally looking for someone traveling from out of town.
