Native New Yorker and have been living in this space for 2.5 years. I'm taking over a friend's lease in the area. I work from home as a creative director, designer and artist.

The neighborhood is quiet, and is only a few short blocks to Driggs Ave / McGolrick Park, Graham Ave and everything that area has to offer, Brooklyn Steel, etc – access to a lot of great places without all the foot traffic near the apartment.
