Our light-filled apartment at the top of a hill looks out over Silver Lake, has 2 double bedrooms and a very spacious private balcony. We have a washer and dryer, a tub & street parking. We are 5 minutes walk from Sunset and its amenities including restaurants, bars and the Farmer’s Market, and 10 minutes walk from the Silver Lake Resevoir and the shops and cafes of Silver Lake Boulevard.

I’m a British producer (she/her) who travels frequently for work. I’ve been living in the apartment for six years and love renting the space to thoughtful tenants who thrive in the sunshine and peaceful environment.
