The apartment is located on the third floor of a 3 story building. No one lives above and I have only 2 neighbors downstairs. Very quiet Old School building. Unfortunately, THIS IS NOT an accessible place. There is no elevator in the facility.

The space is filled with sunlight. Front and back of the apartment are very well illuminated, having an open view from the street, as well as a beautiful tall Maple tree in the backyard.
Living room and Kitchen are integrated. All rooms are furnished with natural ethnic minimalist touch.

There are two bedrooms: A bigger one where Queen size bed is located. The other one being smaller (fits a full size bed and dresser) and functioning as office space with desk, bookshelf and puff chair to work from home. Beautiful light in the office room as well, catching warm sunlight in the afternoon from 2-7pm.

Decor is minimalist, rustic and cozy. With Plants and natural materials that give an organic feel to the ambiance.
Noise levels are pretty low, considering we are in NYC. It is a busy intersection however. If you are sensitive to it I would say sleeping with silicon earplugs is an option.

Wifi is included in total rent, as well as water/ electricity.
The space is VERY clean. It has white walls that bring a peaceful open feeling to the rooms.
The house is also pest free.
NOT PET FRIENDLY. I am allergic, unfortunately.

I am looking for a quiet, organized and clean person that can care for the space while I am out of town.
The neighborhood is very friendly, there are local markets and restaurants at a walking distance and the Brooklyn vibe is very much alive.

The local train station is right outside my door, I am by the C train at Kingston Throop and the express train Nostrand Ave is at a 10min walk . My cross streets are Throop, Fulton and Decatur.
There are a variety of buses to other parts of Brooklyn and Queens.

I have a TV with Apple TV installed, a pole (I am a pole dancer) and a Mortal Kombat Arcade.
This place is my haven and I love being in this neighborhood so much.

No pets, or smoking in the apartment please.

I also love my apartment so much! Cleaningness is my default, so please respect the space by cleaning it often.
My landlord is super cool, he is always in the building, as his office is downstairs and I am in constant communication with him. This is a black owned building.
If any issues arise, he will gladly take care of it to the best of his abilities as we have a great tenant landlord relationship.
All I ask is that you are in constant communication with me, if anything pops up.
