This is a 2 bedroom apartment around 800 sqft, 1 bedroom has queen size bed, another is a double sized. there is an elevator in the building and laundry in the basement. We have a smart TV and nice speakers for the music lovers. You will also find

I keep my place very clean and will appreciate if it will be taken care of from the subletter.I don't have any pets but I love them and they're more than welcome to live in the space. The street is quiet and family friendly. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around to observe and 1 grocery right in the corner but definitely more of them in 10 mins radius, also children's playground if needed for the kids.
