I keep my place very clean and will appreciate if it will be taken care of from the subletter.I don't have any pets but I love them and they're more than welcome to live in the space. The street is quiet and family friendly. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around to observe and 1 grocery right in the corner but definitely more of them in 10 mins radius, also children's playground if needed for the kids, and Fort Greene park in 10mins walk
