I’m subletting my lovely 1BR apartment in Flatbush while I travel to Europe for two weeks. It’s fully furnished and ready for someone to enjoy.

There’s laundry in the building, though I usually use a laundromat just around the corner—it also offers convenient drop-off service if you prefer.

The unit is on the fifth floor with elevator access. It’s located at the back of the building, so it’s quiet and private.

The closest subway stations are the Q/B at Newkirk Plaza and the 2/3 at Newkirk and H (Haiti) Stop. Prospect Park is less than a 15-minute drive or about a 30-minute walk away.

I’m hoping to find someone (a single person or a couple) who will take good care of the place. Ideally, you’d sublet for the full period: May 2–May 17 (14 days). The total cost is $1400, including utilities.

Amenities: queen sized bed, linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen, full sized refrigerator/stove, projector, bluetooth speakers and fios internet/WiFi.
