I am looking to sublet my bright and spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath in Bushwick for one month starting December 1st 2024 to January 31st 2025 (flexible with week to week as well). The apartment comes with a full living room with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of sunlight and in wall Bluetooth speakers as well as dining room area. The apartment also includes a dishwasher and in unit washer dryer.

I currently use the two rooms as a primary bedroom and an office space, but the office has a couch that can be converted into a queen size bed.

The building has an array of amazing amenities including a pool, jacuzzi, bowling alley, game rooms, state of the art gym (inclusive of a rock climbing wall) and a rooftop with beautiful view of the city. Plus there’s a coffee shop in the lobby with delicious baked goodies and a grocery store on the corner of the block.

Public transportation : L train 9 minutes walk, J/M/Z 7 minute walk.

Walking distance to Maria Hernandez Park and many restaurants and bars!
