Welcome to my charming, fully furnished, two bedroom apartment in Park Slope, the most beautiful and family-friendly neighborhood in NYC. This second floor apartment gets great natural light all day long. It's sparkling clean and has been uniquely decorated with plants and natural materials. A deposit of $2000 rent is required regardless of stay length! This will be returned to you within 72 hours of your departure.

APARTMENT
Comfortable open living space, space currently set up as a 1BR but there is a second bed in living room couch. 5 rooms: bedroom w/ queen bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining room with a desk and monitor, living room (with couch that pulls out into a second bed) and a second desk and monitor (not in photos, recently added). The kitchen has everything you’ll need (spices, tea, pots, pans, instant pot) plus a dishwasher.
Living room has two sofas with a smart tv (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney, Prime) and one of the sofas pulls out into a second queen sized bed. There is wifi with a great connection (>200mbps), plenty for two people on video calls all day.
Unfortunately, no elevator, not wheelchair friendly. No pets.

LOCATION
The location is key - walking distance from all the great stores, coffee shops, amazing restaurants, wine and cocktail bars on 5th and 7th avenue, not to mention it's 15 minutes walking away from Prospect Park, which is by far the best green space in the city.
There are great laundromats a few blocks away that do cheap wash and fold.

SUBLET
I'm looking for someone thoughtful, responsible and clean to look after my space while I travel - this is my home and I am hoping I can share it with someone that understands this but wants to spend time in the city and doesn't mind helping to water a few plants.
