I’m subletting my large, 2-bedroom apartment in central BedStuy! It is tastefully curated, abounds with natural light (main living area is south facing, while bedrooms are north facing), is fully renovated, features washer/dryer, and even has skylights in the washroom and a private landing! It is available for all of February 2025.

The apartment is fully furnished, featured hardwood floors, has a heater in each room, is connected to ultra-fast wifi, and is located a 10-minute walk from Kingston-Throop station (C train). Nearby are a plethora of bars and restaurants (Frog, Tadpole, Putnam Armory, Warude, Saraghina, Peaches, Daphne’s, Zack), cafes and boutiques (Sincerely Tommy, Kyo, dear friends, Corto, Again Vintage), and local black-owned businesses. I love BedStuy and I’m sure you will too!

The main bedroom has a queen bed, a small seating area, and large closet. The second bedroom has a workspace with two monitors, and a pull-out sofa bed (double mattress). There is a projector in the living room, surround sound system, 8-person dining table, and fully-stocked kitchen. There are skylights in the washroom and above the private landing.

The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a brownstone, with a private landing on the second floor.

I am looking for a subletter who is clean, appreciates a place with character and charm, enjoys warm mood lighting, and respects personal belongings. There is original art as well as cherished ceramics and furniture throughout the apartment. The space is non-smoking.
