Looking to have someone take over my spacious one-bedroom for a two-month Summer sublet! Includes plant and cat care at a discounted rate. This neighborhood is lovely and quiet and super close to the A/C. You'll be in the city in 20 minutes.

June 1 - July 31. Dates can be flexible, but only a few days. Ideally looking to rent to one person for this period.

The bedroom has a full bed. The living room has a large desk for any WFH travelers. There is lots of wonderful light in this room with three bay windows. I have a projector for movie nights at home and a very comfortable couch. I plan on getting a dining table for the living room.

My darling cat, Farrah Pawcett, is extremely friendly and loving. She is very easy to care for. I have an automatic feeder for breakfast and lunch. The feeder is connected to an app that can also be used if you are coming home late. I feed her wet food in the evening and treats in the morning and evening. She is a cuddler and will win you over easily. She will appreciate all the love and attention you can give her.

The neighborhood is quiet with grocery stores, coffee shops, laundry facilities, bars, and restaurants around the corner. Tompkins has a block party every Sunday with art and clothing vendors. The Nostrand AC is 4 minute walk away.

Asking for $2,800, which includes all utilities. The price is reflective of the discount for pet care.
