The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up (two flights).
It’s technically a 3 bedroom apartment that you’d share with one other person (29/f) so there’s lots of room to spread out. The apartment has a sun drenched living room, crown moldings, extra bedroom converted to a large office, and a bathroom with a very cute tub.

Your room is furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and sizeable closet.

The apartment is on Eastern parkway off of Nostrand. Both Nostrand and Franklin have good coffee shops, produce stores, cocktail bars, Union Market is 4 blocks away. Brooklyn museum is a 15 minute walk. The Nostrand 3 is on our block and it’s a 6 minute walk to the Franklin 2,3,4,5.

I am 29 and have lived in New York for the past 5 years. Usually, I live with my girlfriend who will be away at an artists residency for the month.

I work remotely and spend about half of my time out of the house. I like to cook and I keep a clean home.

I volunteer with the Parole Preparation Project and am involved in the community garden.
