I am a multidisciplinary artist, I love being inspired and my place has become a source of inspiration, it is a beautifully curated elegant space to enjoy. I am from the design world and make it my pleasure to bring it to my home as a an owner, it means a lot. I do not allow parties in the apartment, neighbors will complain as its a tranquil community in this building.
As the landlord I will be you direct contact for any questions etc.
I always provide a detailed apartment manual prior to moving in and have a physical copy.

Rental requirements

I will require a reference from a prior landlord or employer, and financial record with your address and name on it.
i will require also a deposit to confirm and secure the rental and then the first month rent on arrival.
The utility bills will be deducted from the deposit on the refund of the deposit.
I will supply a agreement that we will both sign at the time of deposit.
I would like if possible to meet in person prior to rental or over zoom.
I have also a lock box that is there incase I am not present to be there for arrival or departure.
