Hi!
I am looking for someone to take over my lease in my bushwick apartment starting April 1st. The lease ends September 30th!
I will be leaving my Bushwick apartment due to familial emergencies that require me to leave the area! My older father is needing support and so I’ll be living alongside him, which requires me to relinquish my beautiful room!
The room is in a 3 bedroom apartment, you’ll be sharing the space with 2 poc women in their early/mid 20’s. It’s a cute and quaint apartment in a modern building. Ideally looking for a person in the 20’s/30’s age range who’s progressive in thought, calm, quiet, and okay with communal living and living with two poc women.

We have an elevator and a gym on the top floor as well as laundry in the basement of the building.

Utilities around around 100-150$ a month per person and is not included in the rent price here. Wi-Fi is also ~30$ per person a month.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but with the elevator it doesn’t make much of a difference! There is also roof top access where you can see the skyline.

I will be ideally looking for someone to move in April 1st as I’ll be needing to leave more urgently. I am also looking for someone who would be willing to buy my bed or at least keep it in the room as I won’t really need to take it with me! And it fits the room pretty well. The mattress however is not included. I’m open to leaving other furniture as well you may like but that can be discussed during the interview process!

For this lease takeover, you will have to submit an application through my landlord.
