Looking for a quiet, cozy space to work? I’m offering a private room in my 2-bedroom Clinton Hill apartment for daytime office or art studio use, perfect for artists, freelancers or remote workers. The room is available Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4:30 pm, when I’m out at work. However, timing is flexible!

The apartment features a spacious 15 sq ft layout, with a large, sun-filled living room boasting 6 big windows. You'll have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom during the day. It is a one floor walk up. Wifi and AC included. This room includes a large closet space as well. Located on a charming block, this space is ideal for an artist or freelancer seeking a peaceful work environment.
