The bedroom is spacious with 2 windows and a closet. The room is available to rent for $1550 (includes water + heat). The kitchen is quite large (for NYC) with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Rooftop access is available. There are several house plants throughout the apartment, and I'm always looking for more!

This is a laidback, serene, 4/20 friendly household prioritizing cleanliness and clutter reduction, that is both a sanctuary from the bustling NYC life and a welcoming spot to host friends to chill. I strongly prefer not to have a TV in the living room (given the layout and structure of the apartment), however, music/radio/podcast listens are always welcome!
