Looking for a roommate (ideally short-term) in my spacious, sunny 2 bedroom apartment in Ft. Greene. Just 6 minute walk to Barclays/ Atlantic Terminal Trains and only 3 minutes from the C train at Lafayette Avenue, and about 5 minutes to the G train at Fulton, 20ish minute bike ride to Manhattan. The area is incredibly central and lovely to live in!

I have lived here for almost 9 years and really love this space. I want someone who will respect it, be gentle with the furniture, dishes, etc. Looking for someone who is mature, friendly/ good living with other people, and who ideally works out of the house as most days I work from home.

The second bedroom is currently not furnished. It can come either unfurnished or furnished (with an additional fee).

Ideally looking for a short-term roommate, with a minimum commitment of 5 months, I can be flexible though. If you are interested in the space even slightly please reach out- happy to talk!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there are about 15 steps to climb so unfortunately not accessible for people using a wheelchair. Also no pets are allowed.
