Hello! I'll be subletting my apartment starting Dec 1 - June 2025 with flexible dates. The place is furnished with a large sunny bedroom and second bedroom used an office space along with two side-by-side bathrooms.

About the apartment:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small walk up apartment. With large windows in both the living room and main bedroom, there is lots of light all day long! The bedroom features a king-sized round bed, Firestick TV, and a bunch of plants, that would need to be tended for (or I can set up someone to tend to in case the sublessee is unable). The apartment has central AC and heat all controlled by the tenant. The living room is spacious with a modular couch and TV attached to an open-concept kitchen with a microwave, four burner flat top stove, oven, pots/pans, and other appliances and knickknacks (no dishwasher). There are spacious closets in both bedrooms, which will be emptied if subleased as well as a cabinet in the hallway filled with towels and household supplies. The apartment is filled with art, decor, and 100's of books that can be removed if needed.

The Building:
The building has washer and dryer in the basement and rooftop perfect for a sunny day.

The Neighborhood:
The place is located in the Ocean Hill/Bed-Stuy area and a 3 min walk to the J train. There is a park two blocks away perfect for any pet owners and/or parents.
