Apartment is less than a block from Central Park, less than 5 minute walk to subways and Trader Joes, with tons of restaurants cafe, grocery, and shop options right on the doorstep.

About This Lister

You’d be living with a professional woman in her early 30s and a seven year old Labrador dog (must be okay with dogs as she is very friendly and likes to say hello to everyone). My boyfriend will also be in the apartment often.

I work normal week day hours, usually 2 or 3 days from home, and like to spend my free time chilling in the apartment, at work out classes, or catching up with friends. Don’t mind what hours you keep, but just ask that you be considerate if they are different hours, and I will do the same.

Like to keep the apartment cleanish, but not a neat freak.
