I am co-owner of the building the Apartment is in along with my brother. I am a musician who tours Europe and looking for people who love Brooklyn and the city as much as I do. My brother and I care for the building and will be available to you.
I practice music in the daytime and have an upright piano.

The Apartment will be sublet from May 1 to August 31, 2025 for 2600.00 a month.
1st month and 2600.00 security deposit needed by April 25th.
References of your job and income needed. All other months will be needed on the 25th of the month prior.
