Excellent location: quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods nearby (4 min drive). Near Silver Lake reservoir... yet easy access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Glendale, major freeways. Easy street parking.

Occupants and subletters of this space have voiced deep fondness for the apartment. I have lived here, too, so I can attest to the happy, quiet, charm of the living space, the property, and lovely Silver Lake.
