Hey everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room in a large Williamsburg apartment for December while I’m back home. Perfect location in Williamsburg, on Berry St (closed to cars) close to McCarren Park and the Bedford L.

- Spacious, light-filled living room with new furniture
- Fully furnished, including kitchen and cookware
- Dishwasher in unit, washer/drying in building
- Fast internet
- Smart doorbell with camera to enter the building
- Central A/C / heat
- Large bedroom furnished with queen bed, desk, chair, shelf unit, and large closet
- Private deck directly off room, and a private roof (Private roof has seating area / grill that isn't pictured!)

The bedroom
- Spacious, fully-furnished with queen bed, desk, chair, shelf unit, and large closet
- Floor-to-ceiling windows, so lots of daylight
- Large private deck directly off the room

The location
- 4 min walk to Bedford L, 10 min walk to Metropolitan Ave G (Or take L to transfer)
- 8min to Whole foods, 10min to Trader joe’s, bunch of specialty grocery stores (Japanese, Italian, butcher) within 15min walk
- Tons of bars, cafes, restaurants within 5min walk, most of Wiliamsburg less than 15min walk
- Next ot McCarren Park

Living details
- No smoking of any kind inside the apartment
- No pets
- No couples
- Need to agree to house rules with roommates (clealiness, quiet after 10:30pm on weekday nights, etc.)

You’ll be living with 2 other roommates who are very considerate, clean, organized, and friendly. The ideal roommate for them would be the same! Both are male / mid-late 20’s
