Common areas (living & dining room) are open and airy with lots of windows – great for relaxing or working

Bathroom has a large window and a soaking tub and the kitchen are is very spacious and fully equipped.

You’ll be sharing with one female chef and a small, well-behaved dog named Salt.

We keep the space clean, cozy, and welcoming

5-minute walk to the A/C Nostrand Ave stop and fairly close to the G train – super convenient for commuting

Close to great cafes, yummy restaurants, and parks.
We also have a community garden on our block.

About This Lister

I’m a 39-year-old choreographer who travels often for work, and my roommate is a 33-year-old chef who runs her own business and is frequently out and about. This means you’ll often have the place to yourself.

We’re looking for a responsible, quiet subletter, preferably someone traveling for work or spending some time exploring NYC. We've had several people sublet our rooms in the last two years and they've loved it.
