About This Lister

I am a lifelong New Yorker and designer who works in the food industry. Renovating this apartment has been a passion project for me and a way to collaborate on a project with my father who is a talented architect. I’ve paid close attention to detail and aimed to create a respite and sanctuary in this busy city. I also wanted to pay homage to classic New York City coops and have kept this athestic in mind while I designed and renovated the space. I’m hoping to find someone who will love this apartment as much as I do!

Lister's Relationship to the Space

I am the owner and designer of this space. I have lived in this apartment for 2 years during and before rennovations.
