🐾 Must be cat-friendly: Living with 1 roommate who has 2 cats. NO cat-sitting required of you. The cats do not enter the bedroom for sublet.

🙋‍♀️ WHO: Owner (me) will be traveling for work for 1 month & looking for subletter (that's you!).

🗓️ WHEN: Exact start/end dates are flexible by a couple days. Inquiries for the full month only, please.

🌳 WHERE: Sandwiched between Brooklyn’s crown jewel, Prospect Park and the stunning Victorian mansions of Prospect Park South historic district.

🚽 AMENITIES: Just-remodeled, fully modern historical building with all these in-unit: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hardwood flooring, radiator heating. The bathroom is shared with the roommate. *Rate includes utilities (heat, water, gas, wifi)!

🚶 Restrictions: No smoking inside the apartment. Note, this is a non-elevator building; unit is 2 flights up. No pets, no parties, no overnight guests.

🙅 Preferred profile of renter: woman/female. I'm looking for 1 renter only; no couples, please.

🧳 STORAGE: Shelf/closet space will be made available to you in bedroom & kitchen. The apartment is kept clean and relatively quiet: it's a family-friendly building.
