One bedroom with windows facing west for extra brightness. The unit is on the second floor at the end of the hallway, so it is quiet and private. The elevator is next door though you do not hear it; it is very convenient. Laundry is communal and the building comes with a gym, bbq area, and a rooftop swimming pool that has a 360 view of the city.
This unit is a two bedroom apartment but I would store my stuff in the 2nd bedroom and rent it out as a one bedroom.
We also have a single sofa bed in the living room.
The bedroom has a king-size bed and a 10-foot closet.
The open layout kitchen/dining room is great for hosting with a drop leaf dining table that seats 12 and table pads to protect its fine wood. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The living room has a large comfy couch and 55" TV with Apple TV and Amazon Prime. (But no regular TV channels, unless you pay extra). Wifi included. The apartment is truly "turn key", ready with towels, sheets, paper goods, etc.
Top notch cleaning service is included (though they will not move furniture and apartment must be neat and reasonably clean already) once every month. They have keys.
Prime LA location with many different LA neighborhoods close by and close distance to many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and etc. A 15 minute walk to Southwestern Law School, 2.8 miles from USC (Univ. of So. Calif), 2 miles from downtown LA. Great public transportation. Close to 101, 10 and downtown freeways.
The condo manager is also on the premise and able to help if needed. There is also a condo membership website which offers help or advice when asked.
I have been in the international film business for 45 years with major studios and indies, as an acquisitions executive and for 20 years with my own established business which I sold to IMDb in 2007. I now consult. I work from home. Clients include FSU, Nordic Film Days, The German Film Commission, Munich Film and TV School, Goethe Institut, Asian World Film Festival, various filmmakers. I am headed to Berlin February 1, 2025 and will return July 31, 2025.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
$2,000 per month includes all utilities, wi-fi, Apple TV, Amazon Prime and cleaning service every 3 weeks.
Deposit one month rent and 1 month security deposit (Total $4000) due on signing.
References required from business employer and a former landlord a professional acquaintance. Bank references also. Driver license if possible.
Roommate agreement although it is a private space with no roommate except for owner and owner's reps who never visit without prior notification to see how apartment is being looked after.
