Large kitchen with breakfast nook (north facing, so morning sun!) & fire escape; bathroom; dining area; separate dressing / storage room; large living/bedroom area with queen bed (Casper mattress), Floyd Sofa, desk, record player.
Amazing location: in "prime" Williamsburg (Wholefoods, Bedford L Subway) - but also has a lovely neighborhood feel, doors down from a great Polish bakery and excellent coffee spots and restaurants. N Wburg Ferry is a 7 min walk away.
From the desk window you can catch a glimpse of the Manhattan skyline & sunset. Laundromat 2 blocks away.
I work in the contemporary art field and have been living in the neighborhood for 7 years. I love it here, McCarren Park (Saturday Farmer's Market), East River, Greenpoint, are all a stone's throw away.

Looking for a considerate, clean and quiet sub-renter who will treat this place as a home - no street shoes, no smoking. It's a very quiet building with a live-in super who takes impeccable care of the space. Not a place to take the party home. Sadly no pets allowed.
