I am looking for someone to take care of my lovely one-bedroom apartment in Bedstuy while I spend time away. The space has lots of windows, beautiful wooden floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. All utilities are included, but a one-time cleaning fee is paid separately. Ideal for a single person or a couple. Must be quiet, clean, and respectful :)

The neighborhood is very chill and has nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

Dates and duration are somewhat flexible, but those interested in subletting for the entire period will be given preference.

- One large bedroom with two windows, so it gets a ton of sunlight. Queen-size bed
- Kitchen with all necessary utensils
- Living area and working space with natural light and a large desk
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Many plants!
- No pets allowed
- Utica on the A train is a few mins away

Note: This apartment is a 3rd-floor walkup. The building has no elevator. The apartment is one of 6 units in the building.
