About my place: one bed, one bath; kitchen has a dishwasher; washer & dryer in unit; wifi; dedicated off-street parking spot. I'm a musician, and there's a piano + a few other instruments, as well as a small single speed bike. There's a little gravel patio space out back. You'll share a wall with my next door neighbor, who is lovely. The landlord lives in the house next door, and I will be available via phone if any issues arrive.

This neighborhood has walkable bars (J&J's, Vaughan's, BJ's), coffeeshops (Lowpoint), and is a block from St. Claude (Bus route to downtown + bike lane).

Accessibility: one step to get in the door, the rest of the apartment is flat, with concrete floors & several rugs of varying depths. Bathroom has a shower in a bathtub.

Not pet-friendly, sorry! I am deeply allergic to most things with fur.
