The immediate next door neighbors are great people and the block is very friendly.

I grew up around the corner from this house and after living in other cities (New York, New Orleans, St. Louis, Boston, LA) for about 15 years, I bought this house in 2016 and moved back. I love this house and only moved out last month because we outgrew it as two adults (that work from home!) a teenager and new baby. We still live close-by since we love the neighborhood.

I've worked with artists and nonprofits (arts, culture, urban planning, and equity focused organizations) for the past 15+ years.
