The kitchen, which is fully stocked, includes a dishwasher and ample storage space. There is also a large closet in the living room. You will have to climb one flight of stairs in order to access the apartment.

The bedroom, which faces away from the street, is quiet and light-filled with a comfortable queen size bed and an additional closet.

The primary bathroom has a shower/tub, with additional storage space. The washer/dryer is right off of the primary bathroom and the half bathroom - perfect for hosting - is right next door.

Located just off the lively Baltimore Avenue, with lots of wonderful boutiques and businesses, restaurants, and parks, including Clark Park (and its wonderful weekly Farmers Market), everything you need to live - grocery store, pharmacy, etc. – is in walking distance. The apartment is just a bike ride, short trolley ride or drive to University City, UPenn, Drexel and Center City. The bus stops directly outside, the trolley stop is a two minute walk away and the Septa train station is about a 12 minute walk.
