Greetings All! I'm subletting my beautiful, 2 BR spacious and furnished Germantown apartment this winter. Working dates are from February 1-April 31st, but happy to work with the right person, and there's also a possibility to extend for another 1-3 months if all is aligned. The space is currently furnished as a one-bedroom, but easily converts to two (I use the extra room as a yoga and meditation room, pictured below). It is on a beautiful tree-lined street with other converted mansions and single-homes. There is a parking lot out back, laundry in the building, and a beautiful front and back yard. Blocks from Germantown Ave, Weavers Way Coop, a wonderful produce market, Nile Cafe, and All the Way Live (both delicious vegan restaurants), as well as the gorgeous Wissahickon Trails for miles of riverside beauty.
