-Two pianos if you play!
-Two dogs: one tiny, one medium-sized
-Nice front house neighbors
-Furnished for the most part, but there's flexibility on swapping out pieces (couch, kitchen table, dining room table, rugs, etc. We are also replacing a TV & gallery wall.)
-Great fence/security in front
The room for rent is:
-10x10.5
-Unfurnished
-Large closet
-Tons of natural light

-West facing
Our dream home:
We're both at the point in our lives where home is a relaxed, clean, stable, restful place.
It's not a party home--we have a few parties a year with a ton of heads up; it's more of the occasional casual dinner/gentle, funny, musical home.
We keep quiet hours from 11ish on, and maintain a space that's supportive of full-time work.
We hang out when it feels natural, but otherwise everyone does their own thing.
We're rethinking what the studio space could be: our dream is to have a large table in the middle that people can work from during the day/have dinners at at night...but open to talking through what the space could be together.
(Also if you work from home, the studio helps us navigate that a ton! We rotate who is in it when, depending on people's meetings that week. (E.g.: One roomie has about six standing meetings a week that she takes in the studio.)
We are:
Sarah: I'm a tv/film writer working in animation, with one small dog named Mochi. I've lived in LA for seven years and moved here from Brooklyn. At home, I love to cook, consume media <3, rest, sing, and play guitar.
Also, Sarah ! (+her dog's name is Sadie): moved to LA by way of NY. She spent the bulk of her career in media and is now transitioning to film scoring. Sarah is an introvert who loves to play piano, chill, get fun snacks for everybody, and learn Logic.

The management company uses RentSpree for screenings and financial documents. You'll fill out an application with them and go through the TransUnion screening. The application fee is $49.99.
We are open to considering a third dog if it's a good fit/feasible!
